TZSchedule is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect (very little) and how we handle it. We believe in transparency and simplicity.

Local Storage

TZSchedule stores your timezone selections, working hours preferences, and participant information locally in your browser using localStorage. This data:

• Never leaves your device unless you choose to share
• Can be cleared by clearing your browser data
• Is not accessible to us or any third parties

Shared Meeting Links

When you create a shareable meeting link:

• Meeting data (times, timezones, participant names) is encoded in the link URL
• If you use our short link feature, data is temporarily stored on our servers
• Short links automatically expire after the set duration (default: 7 days)
• We do not access or analyze the content of shared meetings

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand general usage patterns (such as which features are most used). Any analytics we use will not track individual users, collect personal information, or use cookies. This helps us improve the service while respecting your privacy.

Calendar Exports

When you export meetings to Google Calendar, Outlook, or download ICS files, the meeting data is sent directly to those services or downloaded to your device. We do not store or process this data on our servers.

Third-Party Services

TZSchedule may use the following third-party services:

• Cloudflare - For hosting and content delivery (subject to their privacy policy)
• Google Fonts - For web fonts (subject to Google's privacy policy)

Your Rights

Since we don't collect personal data, there's not much to manage. However, you can:

• Clear your browser's localStorage to remove all locally stored preferences
• Use the service without providing any personal information
• Contact us with any privacy-related questions

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
